OH MY GOD....... Let's start with the service.... Just be prepared for them to try to STEAL your $100 deposit!! My daughter spilled her strawberry milk on the bed sheet and because the floors are filthy and the shower towel that goes on the floor was dirty, excuse me... DISCUSTINGLY FILTHY, they "attempted" to keep my deposit. My washer can clean strawberry milk so if you have commercial washers I would expect it to clean most soiled sheets but I digress. Booked a room online only to arrive to be told they gave away our room because we were too late. (Although the website gave no times). So then we rebooked a new room (higher rate than online) only to have to walk all the way around to find our room. The next morning we were rudely awaked at 9:30am to someone attempting to open our door with a room key. ( it would have worked if we hadn’t done the dead bolt).
