I wouldn't even give it a one!! The most nasty place ever! Staff is no help at all! Our room had trash all over the floor that my 2 year picked up and almost drank out of the bottle. Bathtub would not drain for the longest time from showers and breakfast was so nasty! Was sad this place made us happy to leave the beach! We went up to the Holiday Inn Express and it was wonderful!!!!!! Dirty, dirty, dirty!!! Oh and BUGS!!!! Health Dept needs to shut this place down!!!!!! I contacted them and got nothing back!
BLACK MOLD. Hotel staff didn't clean rooms stole do not disturb sign that was also for them to clean the room. put us in a room with black mold and refuse to do anything about it. Along with roaches, dirt, and all around just nasty rooms. If it would let me I would add photos of the black mold so you could see the severity of it.
Staff is unprofessional. They don't give extra towels. They refused to give my husband a spoon from the breakfast room after it was closed. The toilet in our room has pee on the back of it. I'll pay the extra $50 a night to be treated better.
