RecommendedI stayed there last September and October it was 100% great! After 45 days or so I sadly went back to work! Great staff, great ocean views and giant everything available grocery store! ( there was two weeks of renovation going on also but that happens and was not problematic) I will stay there again soon. Thank you!

carpet cleaning service staff was great and nice & clean hotel
we usually stay here when we visit Galveston but we will never stay here again. horrible experience this time. we were not told they were renovating and we had to move rooms three times. not to mention the roach infestation that place has. never again!!!!!
We stayed only 1 night and it was terrible accommodations. I would go next door for the same rate.
This place is filthy dust in crevices, ac vent dirty, oh yeah I love having the phone ringing every two hours starting at 1:00 am and having a lamp with no switch to turn it off must unscrew the light bulb was told by maintenance to do this. Will pay a little more money to have a peaceful sleep.
What a dump of a hotel. Great location. But once you get in the elevator which has no air, and you wil see no maintenance to the property. Paint peeling every where. Looks s ok from Seawall Blvd, but please stay away. Roaches in rooms
Stayed twice in the past and had amazing time and service, loved that it is pet friendly..... until today. Now there is a weight limit on the pet that stays and the animal has to be weighed on arrival and under 80 pounds.... are you kidding me. My dog weighs 85lbs and now we can’t stay?! When the other times it was ok?! THANKS beach trip ruined and now scrambling to find a place to stay! Never will go to a Red Roof again EVER.
I took several photos to send to corporate, this place is beyond FILTHY! Mold on the bed skirts, probably haven't been washed in months given the amount of stains on them, vomit on the elevator doors which stayed there for 3 days, garbage all over the place, rooms are dirty, found 3 waterbugs in one room, dust and dirt build up in all the cracks and crevices of furniture and baseboards, towels and sheets are stained, looks as if they never vacuum the carpet or edges, floor was sticky....and the smell of pot from three doors ... read more
