The manager is just as worse as its employees blame you for things you have not done and charge you for things that make no sense 🤮🤢 worst hotel ever
This Hotel is nasty bedsheets with piss on them toenail clippings on the floor. They charge you for unreasonable things. When you ask them what for they make things up or blame stuff on you that was there before you even came into the room
The motels got this new polocy where they want $100-$200 deposit... so you let them have it... but then it doesn't get back on your card for 8-15 days.... not my favorite part
My Mother nooked and paid for a room for July in anticipation to see a local concert. the show was cancelled due to Covid 19 and now the hotel will not refund her or offer a credit for when the show is rescheduled. that is poor customer service! please reach out to me so this can be settled appropriately.
the front desk lady couldn't go grab my 2 year old a little thing of milk at 2 am when I asked! she said I have to wait till breakfast! she told me go across the street to get milk! i paid good money to stay here and was about to get another night till that! I'm never staying here again! lost a customer and I travel a lot. I'm about to book another night somewhere else. you all aren't hospitable to your customers! I'm pist!
the room service sucks, don't even come give you clean towels or clean the rooms if you're staying overnight, rent rooms out to very disrespectfull young people. if I could get them a zero Star rating I would
