Let's start with not getting the room I asked for am a smoker so that's why I get a room I can smoke in and not have to go out side there are no bath tubs in these room NO COFFEE MAKER in your room for what you pay here for a room which 80, not cheep for a night. The red roof in has gone down hill really bad they don't even sever any kind breakfast just a small cup of coffee will not be returning to red roof

They lost my reservation, even though I made it through a 3rd party, then gave a room which was not ready. Wifi stinks.
This place doesn't even deserve the 1 star I rated it!!! For one the Ac didn't work in this Texas heat! Our first room reeked of smoke and had cigarette burns on the bed comforter of course having two small children we requested another room! Our second room thankful the Ac worked but the night stand and bed sheets had crumbs all over. After further looking at the blankets and sheets we find what seemed to be pubic hairs! This place is horrible! The restroom door will NOT shut so there's no locking it either. The air conditioner sounds like a police siren going off when is running ... I'm going to record it - how can anyone sleep like that?! Plus, it's not even cooling very well. The door to the RR is filthy with dark/oily or dirty hand prints on a supposedly white door. Awful. Room stinks. Beds like cement. Its like a trap house.
The beds were clean and the ppl were helpful. Id stay again.
