I can't begin to express my appreciation for Billie the manager here. We have fallen on hard times recently and everything is up in the air. Being able to have a roof over me and mine has been so stressful, every day is a struggle. I didn't quite have enough to extend my stay for the time we needed. She didn't even hesitate before helping me. Because of Billie we have a roof over our heads till I get paid again. Her compassion and empathy spoke volumes! I'm so grateful for her! Had rented four rooms for my family and myself on the way home to Colorado from our cruise in Galveston. Weird thing had to stand in a cold hallway to check in at 1:00 in the morning when it was cold and snowing outside. The coffee maker in my room did not work. The sink in my father's room did not drain. The room my two daughters and grandsons room we have found cockroaches in. Went to the front desk to try to get breakfast and coffee there due to a "coffee shortage" they are no longer offering coffee in the breakfast area.... read more
