Facility is acceptable but pretty scummy business practices. I was not made aware until May 2nd that I would be charged on May 1st for my lot. I wasn't 100% sure of the last day I would need the spot so I was waiting for an email regarding when I would be charged. When I called on May 2nd to cancel and ask for a refund, I was told they would not give a refund because I did not give notice yet they did not give me notice that I would be charged until after it was processed.
