We originally purchase a spa from Costco which actually never worked from day one. We returned the spa and went over to Red Rock Spa. Greg took amazing care of us from the minute we stepped in the door. Greg provided us with very thorough information about replacement units that would be similar in size and features to the Costco unit we returned.
