I had a great experience with the customer service at Red Rock Spas. Dalton was friendly, professional, and really took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s refreshing to work with someone that’s both knowledgeable and welcoming. Highly recommend!

We went in today looking for One of those froggies for our hot tub Dalton what's the salesman that helped us today? He was very knowledgeable on everything we asked him about. We have issues with our water foaming. He made some suggestions. He showed us the right product buy. We walked around the store looking at the hot tubs and the swim spots. If you are thinking about getting a swim spa or a hot tub, this is the place to go. Greg made everything about our experience as worry free and pleasant as possible. He was honest, informative and most importantly friendly. We couldn't be happier with our swim spa. It looks beautiful and is a dream to play in!
I service pools and spas here in town and couldn’t find a replacement spa filter cap anywhere in town or online. Unfortunately we weren’t able to get that cap here but Greg helped us get a replacement set at a fair price! Thanks for help
