Me and my husband had sunrise bliss well & being massage yesterday(9/8/25), and when we checked out, Krodriguez helped us out. First of all, her attitude made us feel we are not welcoming. She had a blank expression from the begging to the end. When she printed an invoice, I asked her it looks like the gratuity is more than I thought. Wife and I took a day away from the strip to come relax at the Red Rock Spa. Got there early to enjoy the private spa pool for an hour or so before our massages. The massages were very high quality and for a deep tissue was appropriately performed. Great lounge areas and amenities. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot and cold tubs as well as private rainfall showers to rinse off post massage. Next trip the wife and I will probably just stay at the Red Rock resort our entire stay. I recently had a massage on a Saturday, let me start by saying the massage was amazing, I believe her name was Tanya. The complaint comes from the facility itself, keep in mind I booked in advance. For the size of the resort the spa is not that big. What I thought was about to be a relaxing day turned into a crowded disaster. I have never seen a spa so packed with women. It was even happy birthday signs lol, and groups of women everywhere! I’m talking there was a line for the bathroom! A line for the shower!! No where to sit... read more

Enjoyed the experience there. A friend and I went for the evening experience and it was a good event. I requested some follow ups on items I wanted to purchase (that weren't in stock). I followed up more than once and they didn't seem interested in continuing to have me as a customer. I went back a few weeks ago with my husband and still had1 a lovely visit. Best massage I’ve ever had. My masseuse, listened to exactly everything I said and gave me a great experience. Facilities were clean and had everything a good spa should have. I was a little bummed because there was sign for cookies but when I got there around 2:00 they were all gone and when I left around 5:30 they hadn’t been restocked.
