The hotel staff was nice and pleasant but we called 3 days in a row to get the mini fridge fixed and it never was. There was no way but an ice biucket to cool Diet Coke in the room. You had to buy there’s which were obviously higher than conviene store. The pool closed at 7 pm and if you were in a conference role 530 it did not give you real time to use the pool. For the price I would hope for more

Amazing Spa Day Experience! Booked a facial and enjoyed every minute of it. Loved the spa amenities and luxury atmosphere. I will definitely be back again.

I visited the red rock spa in mid May with my sister in law. I have been here twice prior and it was fabulous each time. However it was much less pleasant unfortunately. The spa was very busy, and it was incredibly loud/not relaxing. There was no enforcement of the quiet tranquil atmosphere by the staff despite asking. I do think a large sign (other than the small no cell phone sign) may be helpful. Alternatively I think large groups that are very disruptive should be asked to move to the pool area outside that is not quiet.... read more

Didn't get the facial service I scheduled for extremely disappointed was looking forward to it but she'd rather upsell me. Than have a long time customer. Kept telling her but she wanted to do what she wanted. Massage therapist was awesome thou. Will have to get my 80 minute micro dermabrasion facial some place else.
