I scheduled a salon visit for an updo. The stylist was very nice, but the end result was disappointing and looking nothing like the picture I shared, though he assured me it would look like the picture when I asked. The picture I used and the picture of what I got tell the story. Instead of the low bun looking sleek and beautiful, it looks … hairy.

Had confirmed reservations for my 15 year wedding anniversary on 2/14/26. Made them two weeks in advance. When we arrived, we were told there wasn't anything in the system. Offered us a pass to the spa which we were not interested in. I was very upset as we planned our whole day around our spa day. I basically got a shrug of the shoulders and a non-empathetic sorry. Update: After posting this review, I was contacted by the spa manager, Tiffany, who took the time to listen to my concerns and address the issues raised. She was professional, understanding, and made a genuine effort to make the situation right. I truly appreciate her reaching out and the gesture to resolve the experience. I had high expectations for this spa due to its strong ratings and reputation, but the experience was disappointing. For a spa that claims to be resort-level and comparable to Las Vegas Strip spas, the facility is in serious need of updates. I left underwhelmed. The showers had visible mold and hair, and throughout the spa there are rusty amenities, scratched paint, and overall signs of poor maintenance. The space feels outdated and neglected. High-quality spas always prioritize client comfort - this experience did not!! I booked an appointment over the phone and was asked for my gender preference for the massage therapist, which I provided. While I was waiting for my massage, I was called over by a masseur whose gender did not match the preference I had requested, which made me feel uncomfortable, as though that my personal boundaries were not respected.
