I just worked with Dave to close on my first home. He was always available to help guide me through the process and answer any questions that I had about the loan. He also communicated where he was in the process (and what he needed from me) clearly and frequently What I like the most about Dave though was that he clearly cared about what he was doing. There are lots of home mortgage companies out there, but not all are created equal. I had the pleasure to work with Dave on my VA refinance and was blown away by his level of professionalism, knowledge and follow through. My original home appraisal came in $40,000 less than we were expecting. Both Dave and I knew the appraisal was too low and Dave immediately took action.
