There are lots of home mortgage companies out there, but not all are created equal. I had the pleasure to work with Dave on my VA refinance and was blown away by his level of professionalism, knowledge and follow through. My original home appraisal came in $40,000 less than we were expecting. Both Dave and I knew the appraisal was too low and Dave immediately took action. It was a pleasure dealing with Dave to refinance our home. He was very responsive with all of the questions we had, even worked late evenings and weekends to get everything we needed done. He is very knowledgeable about rates and all the many questions that we had with it being our first time.
