Had a full system replacement and relocation. Shawn came out was prompt, professional, and very thorough! They worked with our schedule to complete the massive install while we were out of town! The unit performs flawlessly and exceeded our expectations!!! We had an issue with the unit due to an extensive home remodel and the guys were extremely quick to respond and expend they’re every resource to square our unit away! I’ll never use anyone else! Too notch service all the way around!!

Jeff was phenomenal. On time with the pre-call as expected. Was up front with showing what was wrong, giving benchmarks, fixing the issue and then showing the change in temperatures real time. Do not hesitate to call Red Rock Heating And Cooling Service company for any issues!

Great communication by the company throughout via text. Quick response from the office to schedule a sales call. Price was reasonable and the next day's install for total system replacement was fantastic. The Installation crew was very polite and stayed at the job until completed. All good, just unexpected.

Wonderful service for HVAC repair. Showed up right on time, took a bit of extra effort to try and diagnose the issue which ended up being electrical in nature. Shawn wrote a clear explainer note for the electrician I had been working with. A day later, I get the electrician over and they follow the directions on the note and my AC kicks right on.

Super professional and polite! Great experience working with them. Chris gave me a call about 45 mins before he came by. He was very polite and nice- he identified the problem and was immediately able to fix it (I had a gas valve issue). Great people and great company!
