Worst attempted buying experience ever in my life. Sales manager very rude and belittling while making an insulting offer. Then proceeds to tell me they don't lose a sale when they offered almost $9K less for my trade then 2 competitors. Also took over an hour to make an offer while laughing in the managers office. Present a finance offer to a cash buyer. Don't try and trade here unless you want $6K less then poor quality book value on a average quality vehicle.
