We had a great experience working with Dave. He was patient, knowledgeable and you never felt like he was pushing you into a sale. We ended up getting a new expedition after coming back and forth a few times - we left to think it over but ultimately decided to go with the expedition active max. Between the sales & the finance dept, it was a very seamless process which took the stress off of us! Thanks again!
Bought my first new vehicle from Red Rock in Dickinson ND, a very nice 2023 Silverado. The experience was unprecedented, with the extremely comfortable environment and friendly faces. I was helped out by Stacey in the sales department and she was extremely awesome to work with and very helpful along the entire purchase process. 10/10 recommend Red Rock for all vehicle needs and when you call down or stop in, Ask for Stacey!
Very dissatisfied with our service yesterday. We have a 2025 Ford Explorer with the white interior. Yesterday we brought it in for its first service. Oil stains all over the interior and smells like grease. Get home and pull the dipstick and it’s on the low line, paper says windshield washer fluid was filled and it was not, oil life not reset in the vehicle. Not impressed. Girlfriend took our truck in for service- new seat covers have dirt/oil on them. Tire pressure is 70 on drivers side and 80 on passenger side. Frustrating to pay for a $250 service (after coupon) and have to come home to correct and clean.
