We had a great experience working with Dave. He was patient, knowledgeable and you never felt like he was pushing you into a sale. We ended up getting a new expedition after coming back and forth a few times - we left to think it over but ultimately decided to go with the expedition active max. Between the sales & the finance dept, it was a very seamless process which took the stress off of us! Thanks again!

On a cold day in the middle of a blizzard it was very nice to pull into the heated bay to drop off my vehicle for a full service. Everyone with whom I interacted was knowledgeable and friendly. The coffee in the customer lounge was delicious. I will definitely be back to Red Rock.
Very dissatisfied with our service yesterday. We have a 2025 Ford Explorer with the white interior. Yesterday we brought it in for its first service. Oil stains all over the interior and smells like grease. Get home and pull the dipstick and it’s on the low line, paper says windshield washer fluid was filled and it was not, oil life not reset in the vehicle. Talk about awesome customer service. They don't drag it out trying to sell you a bunch of extra stuff. Very pleased couldn't ask for better people to deal with. If you're buying a new pickup or any vehicle talk to Ethan Anderson. Amazing guy to work with. I'm sure everybody down there is amazing but I worked with Ethan and very pleased.
