I had a great experience buying my truck from Red Rock Ford of Dickinson. From beginning to end, everyone I worked with was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy. A huge thank you to Lisa, my salesperson. She was extremely kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer my questions, helped me with everything I needed, and never made me feel pressured or rushed. We had a great experience in choosing a Bronco from Ethan. He did a great job and would recommend anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle to pay him a visit. Extra credit points for being available on a Saturday!

They did a through job of explaining and service done. They did a coating on the car right away that made it shiny doing it inside beside the outside and they delivered as well so I was happy with it.

Brant Roshau is a genuine and dedicated sales person. He spent hours with me before and after my purchase to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and I understood all my options. I traveled from Las Vegas to purchase from him and he had everything ready for me when I arrived! Best customer service ever!

We had a great experience working with Dave. He was patient, knowledgeable and you never felt like he was pushing you into a sale. We ended up getting a new expedition after coming back and forth a few times - we left to think it over but ultimately decided to go with the expedition active max. Between the sales & the finance dept, it was a very seamless process which took the stress off of us! Thanks again!
