I came in the shop after riding Kentucky Lucky Chicken with a derailleur malfunction. Josh took me directly in and got me back on the trail. Thanks Red Rock!
My favourite bike shop on our trip from BC to Utah. Judd was super friendly and the ride that he recommended for us along Turtle Wall was exactly what we were looking for. Great bike gear with a nice supply of shop swag. I love the available water, coffee, and wifi. Could have spent the entire day there.
I just wanted to say thank you, to your front man, Trent. He had all the answers to my many questions and set me up for more rides for my daughter and I. Trent made me feel like I was family, and I greatly appreciated his patience, no matter how rediculous my questions got. Great atmosphere from everyone there, even the customers there, joined in on conversations as if this was a meeting place for social bikers. Great experience, thank you soo much!
A huge thank you to Alex, Trent and the crew at Red Rock. I flew in from Baltimore to race the True Grit Epic 100 Saturday. This morning I had a few issues when reassembling my bike. The guys took care of me fast. But of course more trouble lay ahead and I blew out an I9 spoke while preriding Zen. And no spares were packed! No shop in town had this part in stock but leave it to the guys at Red Rock to "phone a friend" and get one to the shop... so my second trip to Red Rock had me filled with relief that I could use my favor... read more
I came in for spin shoes and left with spin shoes... the sales man and women were really kind and helpful. The sales lady helped me with trying on shoes and holding my baby while I tried them on. She new what I needed and gave it to me.
I bought a specialized pitch 27.5 since I was on a budget. Scott is awesome. He helped choose the right size and was very helpful with my selection. I would definitely recommend Scott if anyone is looking for a bike. Thank you Scott.
Took my son's bike down for a complete overhaul,rear shock, front shock etc. Spent 400 dollars and got the bike back in worse shape than ever. Front fork lockout doesn't work now, rear shock lockout doesn't work. Broke his brand new XT front shifter and wanted another 50 bucks to fix it! I will never go there again!!!
Great people working at this store! Curtis helped us pick out new trail bikes in October and we picked them up this past Monday (side note: we are part timers out here from Illinois). He made sure the bikes we ready for us and fit correctly. A few days later, we realized a bike rack for our Jeep would be needed. Devin, another associate helped us pick out the best bike rack for our needs ... after it was received in the store, he assembled it for us and made sure it fit the Jeep correctly.
