So I ordered from Red Robin off of door dash, a good $50-$60 order. We tipped our dasher $11, standard 18%. We get the order placed on our door step due to COVID to only find out the dasher took the wrong food, the bag had two different names on it so we called red robin, I just wanted to let them know the dasher took the wrong order and wanted to know if our food was still there because we would come pick it up. Burger was wrong when it came, had bbq sauce. the waitress reluctantly asked if I wanted another burger. Then the Manager came by with the new burger and preceded to tell me here is your burger with only mustard, ketchup and onion like you wanted. Acting like I was difficult. I never got angry or said anything other than I don’t care for bbq sauce. I was shocked at their customer service. When new burger came out it was soaked in mustard.
