Very disappointed in how our order was handled, party of 7. The burger we ordered was requested to be medium-well. It arrived Med-rare. When it went back to the kitchen, it took 25 minutes to fix!! A few times we asked status and the assured us it was only a few tickets away from being done! WHAT?!?! This was NOT a *new* burger order, it is a fix to a previous order. The Wedge salad was amazing and the blond with the blue streaks in her hair was awesome to us a great waitress
We had gone to Red Robin at numerous times in the past, especiallt for Christmas Eve as a family tradition. This time was definitely unsatisfactory. We had to wait for waters, the food was brought cold for some of the members of our party and worst of all, I ended up with a grand case of food poisoning. Thanks a lot for the food poisoning for Christmas, Red Robin. We will not be back.
Was our first visit to a Red Robin's, was excellent! Wish we had one in our area to visit more often. So many selections to not revisit....
Nobody was there to greet us when we walked in. A waitress yelled across the restaurant for someone to help us. Three waiters came to our table saying they were our server( I guess that's better than nobody) food was cold and over priced. service was slow.
I was extremely disappointed. Food was sub par, bottomless fries weren't so bottomless, the chicken only filled half the bun. Kids were excited to see the magician they advertise on Tuesday's, he didn't walk by our table once.
