Never had an issue before. But unfortunately tonight was very disappointing. Our server, Eric, was new and sadly after he took our drink order, he never returned so we left after 15 minutes of waiting. Definitely going to think twice about coming back. So very disappointed.
That was a horrible experience!! I can't believe how down hill this place has gone. We went in April and it was better, not great. Now? That was our last visit. It was hot, the tables were so close together the servers couldn't even get around with our customers having to move every time.
I went from a 5-star rating in 2013 to this today. Beyond disappointed with Red Robin. Not only was the order wrong, but the correction took so long that everyone else had finished eating what was edible. The apples that came with the kids meal were brown and disgusting. The server was inattentive and just a drink refill took forever. Last time we were there it was under a new manager, new staff, new cooks - we cut them the slack and said it'll get better. I've always loved Red Robin. However, with the new kiosks, the service I received today was apathetic. My server zipped between her 2-3 tables and asked me "How's everything?" as they zipped by. I was told if I wanted appetizers I could order them on the kiosk, and when the server assumed I was done eating I was told I could finish my order on the kiosk and walked away briskly.
