THE BEST Bonzai Burger I've ever had, and I've had A Lot! Thank you! :-)
They raised their prices and lowered their portions and quality. It's not grass fed or even hormone free meat. Just stinks all around. It's one thing to raise tour prices and wuotu but to raise them and make portions smaller. It's about 75$ to feed a family a 5 there and you go home hungry.
I found a pube in my salad. Literally one of the grossest things that has happened to me at a restaurant. My meal was comped, as it should be but I was still charged for my pop..... I will never ever come here again
The staff is great...but someone at corporate is making some poor decisions. The kids grilled cheese was cut into sixteen little pieces...not anything my kids were interested in and they used to love Red Robin grilled cheese. The Whiskey BBQ Chicken Salad recipe was changed and is now inedible. We use to visit a lot, but I don't see that happening anymore.

Was at your Algonquin location and had the best service! Gary, your gm, was just fantastic. He made sure everyone in the restaurant was well taken care of. And when our meal came out split up because of how busy it was, he took care of the food that came out last! Our server Ada was also above and beyond!! This is our favorite location and we will be back often!!
Customers constantly park in the Aldi lot next door, leaving no spaces for Aldi customers. RR management does nothing about it.
