Got an email today for a free Tavern Burger with the purchase of $10. Service was horribly slow - mostly kitchen's failt - nothing came out as expected with orders completely wrong - servers fault - and, to boot my free burger was way overcooked, no sauce and fries were limp and cold! Do people just not give a Sh*t anymore? To paraphrase; Red Robin, YUCK!
Horrible experience on a Friday afternoon. Ordered turkey burger and broccoli. Burger was cold to the touch, broccoli was barely cooked. Called and was transferred to 3 different people until Amanda (?) stated she was a manager. After telling her the story, she said the food was hot when it was put into to-go box. What?? Very busy and had to wait for food, but the waitress and manager did some excellent service recovery. The food was delicious, as usual. Can't beat their burgers and careful handling of my gluten free requests; that's what keeps us coming back:)

It was the best I ever had.
Unfortunately, service was just ok, and the food was disappointing. The last few times we've gone, they have messed up our order. Tonight was the last time we will ever go back. My nachos were cold and my husband's burger was overdone. I sent my food back, and while the server did offer to reheat or replace it, I declined. Reheating them would have made it worse, and I couldn't chance waiting another 20 minutes, and hope the food was better. Thanks for having the Teacher/ School employee day,loved my free burger and endless fries. Other food is a bit pricey,having more specials/deals would be great.
Bad and disappointing experience! We had to wait 20 minutes for a table in a restaurant that was 80% empty. Once seated we waited another 15 minutes to get service. The order was taken and my wife’s water was wrong and I waited another 15 minutes for my soup that I wanted before my burger which followed the soup by a couple minutes - did not get my garlic bread with my soup.
