We were there last evening and everything was excellent from the hostess, waitress drinks and food. We both had ice tea. I had the crispy chicken salad and French onion soup and my boyfriend had fried and a burger. He actually liked the choice of pink/No pink. I had been to other red Robbins but never the one in Hamburg. I was skeptical because of all the bad review's. We went anyway and we were glad we did. I know what I'm getting into when I go into a Red Robin. Having said that, they've literally dumbed down you're meat temperatures to two choices. You get to choose from either a pink burger or a not pink burger. I chose not pink. The line cook managed to mess that up. Being a line cook myself, I'd never send anything back unless you really screwed up. But if you have two choices for your burger, which they're known for, you better get it right.
Stopped in on the way out from Cabelas. Great service and we were in a rush because our daughter was crying, they made sure our food was quick.

This staff was amazing and way to nice to be true. And like to thank you the manager for allowing me to stay after hours to finish watching my hometown hockey team. Being a truck driver it's hard to find a place with such great hospitality. I'll definitely be going back every time I'm in the area �
It was great , bacon burger wrapped in lettuce and done the way I like it ,, well,, and my husband had a burger with an egg sunny side up he said it was slammin
