When u pay with gift cards the machine suck we had to wait ten minutes for them to figure it out. N no Manger even came to talk to us
On a Saturday evening it was loud, crowded, and dirty! Not to mention our server Bo, was not the best waiter. Doubt I will do that on a Saturday again.
The food/burgers were good, no complaints there but the service was so so. We arrived about 6:00 and our server set the tone by telling us that her shift started at 11:00 and she was ready for it to be over. My son and I both ordered our meals with root beer floats. When our meals arrived, she asked if we wanted refills which we did. As we dug into our burgers, we realized that there were no napkins on the table. I was tired after a long day at knoebles, had a wheat ale beer, and grilled chicken, very good! Didn't have to wait to be seated, ate at the bar, alot of fun, so was the couple sitting next to me, they are getting married next week, congrats!

Great service and food
Stopped in quickly and ordered to go. Was there long enough to just sit down and eat... Very slow service and the restaurant wasn't even busy.....
My wife and I had never eaten at a Red Robin before. We both had burgers, my wife had the endless salad and I had the endless garlic fries. Everything was great including the service. One issue, I had to use the men's room before we left and two Red Robin employees camped out in the only two stalls for ten minutes. Very annoying.
We went here for dinner the other night. The waitress was phenomenal and the burgers and kids meals were great. Quick service and hot food. The desserts were good as well.
