Ordered on the go, smooth process until we get home and they didn’t give us our full order but still charged us for things we didn’t get. Also they put chipotle mayo on a turkey burger when I specifically stated NO chipotle mayo, couldn’t eat as it was too spicy. Seems like whenever we go there our order gets messed up... ���
I usually love this restaurant. But today we called in our order as we were running errands. We were told 25 minutes. We got there on time, and here we sit for an extra 25 minutes. Food is still not ready, and I have a screaming hungry toddler. Very disappointed
The server was excellent. One of the best I’ve ever had at Red Robin. Food was good as always.

RecommendedThe food is excellent. Do not sit at the bar unless a girl named Corey is serving you. I had a terrible experience today Sunday the 25th of March with a girl that has pigtails. I had to ask her for napkins , for silverware for not just me but to other people along side of me. She never asked me if I wanted a refill on my drink, she also never checked on my food which took over twenty minutes. had it not been for Corey I wouldn't have gotten my food. it's a shame that they have to split their tips when you have one person doi... read more
