We stopped in the Hamburg Red Robin on July 16, 2018, in mid-afternoon. Our server, Brittany, was very delightful and attentive. She was, unfortunately, on the front line as Wait Staff usually is, of a warm restaurant, one without blue cheese for the burgers (I had to change my order), and a POS system that was down, causing for handwritten, hand-submitted and hand-calculated orders and charges. Thankful for Brittany's smiling face and wonderful attitude and personality.
Staff was excellent and food was on the table fast!
Have been to local Red Robin’s for years from Allentown to Hershey to Exton. Went today (Hamburg) and best I can say was the fries were still good. Portion size has shrunk for soup (cup of soup looked like a Dixie cup at best) and the burger I got was small, a mess, and nothing like it used to be (Black N Bleu: had hardly any mushrooms and bleu cheese not even identifiable: looked nothing like the menu pic). Told waiter and showed him, and he said that’s it (in the pic below). Real shame...
Did a call ahead just to have everyone else in line get seat ahead of us... Then we were promised fries while waiting for our burgers...burgers got here before the fries

Aj rocks the house very quickly & hot burgers & the first set of fries where a little cold but he got us very hot fries the next serving would definitely ask for him next time !!! Thank you aj
I have been to Red Robin several times but never to the Hamburg, PA location. Our waitress was so pleasant and helpful. The food was great, as always, and the overall location was perfect. Great place and great people! Definitely would go back to Hamburg Red Robin!
