The food was good, the service was horrible! The manager had to come over after 20 mins and take out order, we didn't see our server until we called him over. Wish the tip was for the manager and not the guy, she was wonderful.

My husband and I took our two kids to eat here around 6-6:30. It was packed! Even so, it did not take long to get seated. Even though it was crazy busy...our waiter took really good care of us. I wish I could remember his name! We were never without drinks and we did not have to wait long to get our food. I had a regular cheeseburger and my husband had blackened chicken. Today my husband, daughter and I stopped in for my daughter b-day lunch. We live outside of the KC area and she wanted to go. We were chatting when a manager came by and apologized. She said the server had forgotten to put our order in. Hey, mistakes happen. She said our order would be out in 5 mins, and it was. Wow! Trey was an amazing server. Never had a server go so far above and beyond before. He turned a bad day completely around. I have never had such amazing service anywhere.
Our "Family Fun Day" group consisted of 33 including children. They seated us promptly in a room and served everyone. The fries were tasty and my burger was delicious. The servers were attentive. We all enjoyed it. A server even accommodated us by taking a group photo for us.
Sweet potato fires are the bomb. Burgers are awesome. Yummy!!!!!
