Thanks to the bartender.. I left floating. Shout out to Mike
Went for my birthday and the waiter was horrible, he forgot my sons mac and cheese so he sent the manager over with it. The waitress that was beside us helped us better then our waiter. Then after the manager came over she helped us the rest of the night. The the waiter got mad at another waiter and stormed off saying " I take care of my tables". Well he does a bad job of it. Normally we have excellent service but last night was very bad.

The service is piss poor here. I have eaten at many Red Robin's the service at all the others is great this one no words can describe it.

We had a wonderful meal! The waiters and waitresses and all the staff we friendly, polite and helpful. Such a pleasure. The food was great as always! Atmosphere was good my grandsons enjoyed himself and had fun playing the games. We will be back!
