Terrible service, and they weren't even busy. The burgers weren't anything to brag about. I can make a better one at home. And there was no such thing as bottomless fries, because our waitress never came to check on us, just everyone around us.
I just have to thank the management and staff; my daughter chose to come here for her 5th birthday and to say they went above & beyond would be an understatement. They made her birthday dinner such a special event; I honestly didn't know such good customer service existed anymore!! This is our Red Robin of choice! Great staff, food and service.
