9 out of 10 times we have had a pretty good experience here, but today was that 10th time. Service was horrible. We went half of ou meal without napkins. My bottomless fries were far from bottomless as was my rootbeer float. I watches the waitress walk around the restaurant handing out coloring crayons and balloons to the other children and totally walked past ours as my God daughter sat, looked, and ask when she didn't get one. By far my worst experience here
Awesome delicious comfort food, first of all. Second, I've had great experiences going there with my service dog. Once, when my service dog in training was a puppy, I brought him in with my fully trained SD to show him the ropes. And everyone at RR was extremely welcoming and accommodating.
