I have gone to this Red Robin numerous times by myself, with my wife and with business partners. This pace is the real deal! Service is great, food is excellent and it is great to catch up on a major sports game as well!
It was super busy that day, but we got great service. Had a piece of the mud pie cake that day. Yum!

I always have a good experience at the Woodland Red Robin. They never fail to create works of burger-art, and they always remember my name. I highly recommend you give them a try. Don't pay any attention to the negative reviews. You know how people are, never hesitating to complain, but when everything goes fine, people think that's how things are supposed to be and they don't say anything. It's hard for people in customer service to get a compliment. The Woodland Red Robin deserves many of them.
I was greeted nice enough and seated in the bar area. As I sat I looked around the room and the other patrons. A waitresses went to the guests sitting 2 table to my left, ask them how everything was and then went to the kitchen. A waiter checked on the guests behind me, didn't even acknowledge me. Then the waitress returned to check on the guest sitting on my right. This went on for 20 minutes, the wait staff talking and checking on other guest(s).
