I usually like red robin, but lately their food is suffering. But the service was my main concern here. I had a mommy and son day, and wanted just a nice lunch, but my fries were literally sitting in half an inch of grease when the food arrived, I asked for more and the waitress gave me lip that I still hadn't eaten what was on my plate! She turned her nose up and just walked away......she never returned with new fries. She never checked on my son and I, we never got refills, wasn't offered a box for my son's left overs....s... read more
Great food, ok service. Waiter forgot about my coke twice. It’s ok, I forgave him but I was really thirsty at the time. Any other day I think I would have received better service.
ALWAYS HITS THE SPOT IT NEVER FAILS I ALWAYS START WITH THE GREAT TOWER OF ONION RINGS THEN IT'S ALWAYS A SURPRISE I TRY NOT TO GET THE SAME THING BACK 2 BACK BUT THEM SPICY ONES BURNING LOVE AND FIERY GHOST PEPPER ARE AMAZING
The burgers are really good there. But the waitress that was going to seat us forgot all about us, she didn't even ask for a name to call us. She just told us to wait. I had to speak up and say something otherwise there were going to seat other people that came after us. They need to be better at that
I usually enjoy Red Robin however, yesterday was not so enjoyable. My fries were cold, they forgot the avocado on my turkey burger & the bun fell apart when I tried to put the avocados on the burger after the fact. My mother's nachos were not good & it was too many chips for the little bit of beans they put on them.
Jess(ica) is an awesome waitress. Get her, you'll get great service.
