Worst service I've had in a long time at a restaurant. Whole staff, including management, didn't care too much about their job or the service they provided.
Terrible service. Try another location.
I used to love Red Robin but lately the servers seems to care less whether we're happy or not! They NEVER ever ask me if I have a reward card or offer to get me one. Just got back from lunch there and the waitress was non existent and we sat with 3 dirty table around us and the Busboy walking around in slow I motion. This isn't my first bad meal just the first time I'm talking about it! By the way this Red Robin was in Roseville California
They were very busy, but still efficient and friendly.
Sat for awhile until our server came to our table to take our order.

While the server and staff were very attentive and friendly, the meal was one of the worst meals EVER! All of the fries were barely warm. The $14 'Red Robin's Finest' Smoke and Pepper Burger was an overcooked, kid-sized and flavorless patty served on wilted lettuce and a stale bun (the best part was the seasoned ketchup). The Cod Fish & Chips were bland and limp. The Morton's Fisherman could have done better! All they are looking for is this write here $ food Sucked to it was cold . All I can say is go somewhere else!!!!!
