We have gone time after time, hopeful for a change in the horrible service. Last time today, a simple salad made wrong asked to redo, not received until everyone else was finished eating. Then problems with the silly pay machines. We could literally drive to the Roseville RR and experience their great service and be home sooner after the commute. This is what we will do going forward. We have talked to management before and they apologize but nothing changes. :(

We were in on Jan 1 at 11:30 am place was empty so service was good actually too good the server kept trying to get us more fries we had to tell her to wait 4 times 😲
Stopped by for my Free Birthday Burger. Service was good. I always seat myself in the bar area, as it seems easier to get a table. Food was great, cocktail was awesome. Iam part of the Royalty Club so I always use my card to get points. Never have had any issues. Love Red Robin!! Will be back, over and over again!
Great service, great food, knowledgeable waiter. Liked the trivia ziosk even though I suck at it.
Terrible service. I can see why there was nobody in this restaurant.
So we just stopped by for a quick appetizer and a beer, and the service was bad! The waiter set his tray on our table multiple times and asked me to hand out waters to the table, food was tasty, but we waited for 20 mins to pay the check because "there computer system was down" feeling frustrated!
Alex Kenner I guess was cook this night. The server was amazing and the food EVEN BETTER.
