I had the cowboy burger. Over cooked and dry. Fries were under cooked.
Came here for our granddaughter’s 16th birthday. Waited an hour for our food, there was 11 of us. My husbands burger was forgotten so everyone was almost done by the time he got his dinner. Then they charged us for it-one of our group asked to have it removed, they did so. I’m not in any hurry to return.
We come to this location often and yesterday we went with a group of about eight people. What we experience consistently with this location is that the restaurant does not do well with larger groups. The service is very slow and when the food finally came it was barely lukewarm. Including the fries. When my husband and I come by ourselves we always sit in the bar in the service is great and the food comes out quickly and hot. I find it interesting that out of all the Red Robin’s I have been too I have never been told we HAD to sit in the bar. It was how Red Robin did things they put age groups in certain places of the restaurant. We wanted a booth like several people but yet we were not asked where we wanted to sit just shuffled to the bar 😡. I don’t think we will be back.
Lousy seating arrangements by pushing everyone into the bar and small tables. You should ask the customer what we prefer instead of being a lazy ass. Then give us an excuse how that is family/kid section. Have eaten at RR for years and never told this. Not how you get return business.
Awesome except they if two people have orders that both come with bottomless fries... when each of u request a basket they’ll come back with only one basket... and then when u ask for a basket each they give a bit of hesitation and say alright... and speaking of hesitation.. like around the 3rd or 4th basket they get all irratated with bringing u more fries.
Very delicious hamburgers cooked to order. A wide variety of toppings including: bacon, cheeses, egg inside, double decker beef. You’ll never be disappointed at Red Robin. A nice selections of salads as well. Very friendly service too.
Always a good place to eat! One of our favorite places to go!
As a regular returning customer, service was great and the was to our liking, family enjoys lunch and Dinner outing here, keep up the good work. Red Robin Royalty card holder.
