We sat in the bar area at a table. The bartender was our server and was so helpful. Great service and great food.
They had no pickles how does a hamburger place run out of pickles. Could not use our gift cards and we are done with dinner and it took 20 to 25 min to get the check
We were told they could seat our party of 15 in 30 minutes. We waited for over an hour and then were told they could not accommodate us or seat all of us. We left and went across the street to Denny’s and it was awesome.
Prices have risen a bit high, so instead of a $15 burger thought I would try a $6.99 special. The picture looked good, but it may have well been a kids burger. Good service and tasty food ntl.
Love red robin. For years Seattle. Portland. Redding Calif is excellent. But the one by costco near Sacramento is so bad it stinks. Gives good ones a bad name.
Just left Red Robin in San Dimas, CA! Sat at our table for 15 minutes with menus and NEVER GOT ACKNOWLEDGED! 2 waiters walked by, looked at us, brought food to a table behind us and checked on the table to the right of us but never said a word to us. Ridiculous! What a joke. We will be eating somewhere else!!!! SHAME ON YOU RED ROBIN. For the amount of money your charge for your burgers, you would think that your service would be up to par!
I ordered a cheeseburger without the bun. As the server was passing out the food he was horrified to see that everything was on the plate EXCEPT the cheeseburger. He brought me a fresh order of sweet potato fries to munch on while the kitchen completed the order. I thought it was funny. Even my companions laughed.
Good Burgers good atmosphere and great service , we love to go to the store in San Dimas and West Covina
