My Turkey Burger was dry, too many customer's for one server on a Sunday, didnt care for the Nachos, the food looked good though, waitress was over worked and probably under paid.

Your Burgers are not nearly worth the price. really a no taste burger. the menu hides the total price very deceptive. Here is how bad your food is, if given a choice between red robin or Arbys, both for free mind you. I'm going 8 miles away to Arby's. Thats bad.
Brought my son here two times in one week and both times service was lacking. The first time I excused it because she didn't look happy at her job. Tonight basically I feel that management is not doing their job. No motivation, no hustle, no smiles, no attention to detail and no personality. I shouldn't have to ask for ice in my drink when it's being refilled and there is no visible ice in my glass. That's just one example.
