Absolute worst service ever. Our server didn't have a very big area and it wasn't even full, but we didn't even see her half the time. It took almost 10min to get our drink order in and almost 20 after that for her to bring them to us. Once we ordered our food it took almost 30min for it to come out and was cold. I will never go to this location again and will tell my friends and family to avoid it as well.
Had the rudest server named Michelle who seemed bothered to do her job. We sat for over 10 minutes before our drink order was taken, at which time we asked for fries while we made or choices. Never got our fries, it took nearly 20 minutes to get our order taken. Just shy of 1 hour our food arrived - fries and burger were almost cold, the plate was hit from being under the heat lamp, the aioli sauce had a skin on it from also being under the lights. I had lunch in the bar and the bartender her she was attentive to my needs and also remembers what I order all the time and was very nice to me and making sure that if I needed anything else

Red Robbins burgers are great, my 2 favorite are whisky River (also great asa wrap) and the other is the Bonzai Burger. Fries are just ok. Staff is always attemtive and atmosphere is pretty cool.
The food is amazing but please stop already with the balloons. We live in a world where random shootings happen all the time and people have ptsd. Two balloons popped while I was there last night and it ruined my whole night.
