Wonderful burgers. My grand kids love the adventure of going to the Redlands Red Robin. The burgers are always of the highest quality, not to mention the bottomless fries! Great place to hang out and have fun.
Good burgers. Fries a bit salty for my taste. Usually go when not crowded.
Tried to go here for dinner tonight. We literally just left without ordering. We were seated and the waiter came by twice saying he'd be right with us. Nearly 10 mins after sitting down we still didn't see our waiter or get any drinks ordered. We got up and left. Oh and not a fan of the new computer's on the table.
Was not happy with my visit there on Monday. Asked for something cooked they way I wanted it. But it didn't turn out that way.
Our family loves Red Robin so we dine at the San Dimas location often. There have been a couple of mishaps but we've ALWAYS been taken care of by the manager. We are loyal, satisfied customers-even if every experience hasn't been perfect. The service and management deserve my 5 star rating. :)
