I love this place it is always a pleasure to go there
Not busy. Ordered a Bacon n Peppa burger. Arrived with NO bacon-- really itbis a bacon burger. Told waitress what is was supposed to be. She said yes. I said there is no bacon. She brought 4 pieces of cold bacon, not really a thick pepper bacon as advertised.

Just went to your establishment for the first time. Was truly excited to try the famous lemonade. Unfortunately, my family set for 20 minutes with no one coming to take our orders or even offer a drink. We left & will never return, the entire experience was awful
You only have one chance to make a first impression. This red robin is very poorly managed and rather than waste your time trying to be served, Cafe Adobe next door appreciates your business. The hostess staff was seating larger parties who arrived after our party of 2 checked in so after patiently waiting we asked to sit at the bar. Then at the bar, same incompetent hostess staff "waited" on us and took our drink order. She brought water and then took our meal order. By that time other tables had been seated around us. As if I didn't hate this place already they just actually lost our debit card inside of the building and told us it's "in the wall" and they can't get it back. Literally how and what on earth????????????!!!
My favorite burger joint. Doesn't get any better than this
