Places of business should be about going out the way to please a customer 100%. Last night my family and I were very engraged that we were denied a table because it was just too many of us at 10:12pm. Mind you we were 11. The way it was put to us was, " I just sat a table of 14, we close at 11pm, I doubt you can be seated at this time." What a disappointment Red Robin is a to go to place, but if wanting to serve a customer is a problem then they should just lock the doors early if they really don't want to seat anyone. I finally made my way out again to the best burger beer restaurant, My uncle works at a location in Omaha, Nebraska & he would always bring me a loaded delicious burger! Over all staff was nice, advised is that kitchen was closing for last calls. We were still dinning while they closed & didn't feel rushed out the door.. Yuuuuuuummmmm!!!!
Red Robin is my go to spot for burgers. Never go wrong with their mushroom burger! Yummie fries on the side �
Excellent service, great atmosphere! Bottemless fries and broccoli (those were the sides we ordered) I ordered the salmon burger.... AMAZINGGGG! My fiance ordered the guac bacon burger also AMAZINGGGG!!! Both burgers very tasty, perfectly cooked! It was our greatest cheat meal after a long day of work!

Waitress was great! Fast and friendly, i could tell she had her hands full with big parties and still managed to take care of us in a timely manner.

The hamburgers were not what I remembered. It was like eating a Sams Club premade hamburger patty. They used to be big and fat. I used to go to RedRobin a lot and this time was a real disappointment. The onion rings were still great.
Great place, I've never been disappointed going there, great service (at the bar). An my burger (chili cheeseburger) was cooked well done just the way I like it. The only thing I might suggest are wet naps for people who order chili cheeseburgers, it's that good.
