Food was good, but my sister and I were put in the bar at a tiny table despite there being many bigger tables below that were empty. Upon leaving, I noticed several of them were occupied by 2-person parties. It was my sister's first visit there. The staff was also less than friendly. You never get a second chance to make a first impression.
Four cheese sandwich was fabulous and steak fries delicious!
Food was incredibly good. It was a rough night for staff though, I had to get up and ask for things myself several times. I've worked in the industry so I wasn't upset. Execution was off, and for a restaurant of this caliber there needs to be a game plan for really busy nights
Usually love it here but Tuesday night we had a horrible waitress (Charlie) and had a really bad date night. Took forever to get our food, when we did the fries were cold and our burger was soggy. Our waitress even apologized to the table next to us for her service because she said WE were being difficult. Not sure how when we only saw her at the table twice. And when I asked for BBQ sauce she looked at our ticket and said I didn't order it. Didn't know I couldn't just ask for some on the side. Would not go here again, waitr... read more
I give it 3 stars due to my server she was on the ball. I don't come for the burger i come for bottomless fries. And she figured that out quick. Unlike every other time it was like pulling teeth to get another order of fries even when i ask for a larger order and not the punny girl serving they always bring out.
Food was tastless,and soggy but servuce was ok. Used to like it but the last two times has been very disappointed wont be going back.
The hostess was very friendly and our waitress was very friendly its a really nice environment. I would recommend it to friends and family.
Good Service, great food, never dissapoints. My only reccomendation would be more friendly greeters. They would not start our table until 1 more person arrived. It was a little ridiculous.
Best darn Burgers around and love them garlic fries..Wonderful
