My food came out wrong just sucks cause I loved Red Robin
Usually great, not good at all last night. On a positive note, service was not bad. I think we will stay away for a while and try something new.
The bun was super soggy. My husbands burger smelt like poop. My son walked into the bathroom and found 2 boys making out. Will never go back again!
I love coming here eather for a drink and me and my best friend vent for hours or have dinner. Service is great, and they don't skimp on the alcohol!
I've been to Red Robins several times over the years. The food had always been great and the waitresses are always gracious and a attentive. I will continue to go there �
I ordered the blue ribbon burger, it was juicy, tasty, and perfectly cooked. Fries were hot and delicious. O n e thing I didn't like that is was very crowded, and loud.
The Berger was ok. But the waitress didn't ask how I liked my Berger cooked. She acted reluctant to want to find out anything. It took longer than normal to get our meal. The waitress disappeared and hung around the other tables and didn't check on us or let us know what was going on with our meal. The air conditioners came on and we both got cold and my husband was shivering and couldn't enjoy the last of our dinner. I don't like giving bad reviews but this dinner wasn't worth it. Nor was the waitress.
We went to Red Robin's at 3:45 pm on 3-5-17 and didn't get to order are food till 4:30 then was told they ran out of onion rings at 4:40 then had to wait another 30 to 40 for our food to eat and had to flag other waiters and waitresses to tell our waitress we needed drinks and refills on drinks and refills on bottomless fries
The service was great, our waitress was on top of any of our needs. There was 6 in our group.
