the burger was fine,the fries were cold and flimsy. when i ordered more fries they were not much warmer. worst servive I ever had there.
Service sucked will not be going back. Been a very long time customer but this is bad step up your service and we might be back.

My son has multiple food allergies and doesn't get to eat away from home. Red Robin was amazing at making sure his food was not cross contaminated with any allergens. Amazing staff and food!
It was just ok. Service was very slow. They were very busy but I have been to other establishments that are just as or more so and still the service was excellent. The girls that were seating patrons obviously do not communicate with each other because we were waiting to be seated another couple came in and were taken to seating right away. The other girl apologized and took us back at the same time informing her coworker she did not seat us first. Her coworker didn't really seam to care.
Best service we've ever had! We had a party of 16 and Kendra rocked it!
Food was amazing. Great service...fries we're bottomless and everything was hot and fresh. Everyone was polite and checked in with us frequently...love coming here.
Came back tonight. We were disappointed. They advertise bottomless drinks and fries. Not the case. The food was good but the service was poor. This won’t be my first choice next time.
Great service on Black Friday and we even had a large party in our group. Food was excellent as usual and no issues with food or service.
