i have never had issues here, i have always enjoyed the visit but tonight was very upsetting. our waitress was not very attentive, forgot several things, took a while to even get appetizers and immediately we got our food which we still had our salads to finish while my food was getting cold. the food was presented horribly and warm. we still needed refills, napkins, side sauce, and silverware. then she forgot to add my birthday rewards. it was a bad birthday dinner. VERY disappointed

Good food! I recommend the battered cod fillets, the croissant blta and the cod fish sandwich. Yummy 😋

The workers are so very nice and friendly
I love how every time we come to this location in Redlands, California, it's pleasant. We're greeted right away and seated asap. The staff is excellent. They get the order done as requested. Staff members constantly check on the customers. If they're not your waiter they still help you. A lot of waiter's at other establishments don't and won't help. I recommend this location with a smile. EXCELLENT SERVICE.
