Enjoyed ourselves, just sat ate and talked
I was so impressed on how many different choices of burgers they had . the service was great , nice and clean great food . that was my first time going to RED ROBIN GOURMET BURGERS . I loved it I'm definately going again and taking a friend . Thank u sister Rosie for taking me .
WHY did you seat me near the crying babies??? Your hostess could obviously see that there were crying babies in that section of the facility. My meal was ruined. This was a very special moment for me and it was taken because no one would go deal with them! It's not my responsibility to inquire as to how to help stop that child from screaming, yet NONE of your staff addressed the situation. I suffer from PTSD that is triggered by crying babies. We have had better food in the past, but seems the quality is going down over the past year or so. Service is always great. The fries seem to be reheated when served and not fresh out of the fryer. My chicken wrap lacked chicken and was stuffed with mostly lettuce. Might have to find a new burger joint.

They have great desserts - mud pie and sugar cinnamon donuts
Service was great. Food came to our table hot and fresh and was delicious. My Tropical Mai Tai was amazing. Fun atmosphere.
