Their new hostes system is very inadequate . The waitresses need to use common sense when using it . People that arrived with a group of the same size got to sit first because their ‘sssugnef area ‘ had a waitress available . Meanwhile other groups of various sizes continued to be seated before us .once sitted I realized that the group of same size sitted before us was just across from us . We have been getting to go orders lately but have been going to this location since it opened. Used to love it. Things have been declining over the years but my experience with the to go service threw me over the edge. Disgustingly inaccurate ALWAYS and now they have discontinued Boca™ Burgers! I AM SO DONE!
I had their chili cheese burger with garlic herb fries. I love that burger. Had to ask for more chili on my burger and the chili was dry. The fries were cooked twice. I can tell because I worked in a restaurant for 7 yrs and they had so much oil in them. We use to recook them To make them hot. I asked for my burger "medium well" and got it dry. They took forever to bring our second order of fries even though its bottomless. Idk if ill go to this one again. The one at Victoria gardens is A lot better.
Our service was great!! Food was tasty and prepared well.
Have never had a problem here at the RED ROBIN in Redlands but the one in Menifee I have.. So no more eating at the one in Menifee
