Wife and I came through at 730 on Sunday evening to a fairly empty building. we noticed all tv s were on the news , asked hostess to make sure we could sit somewhere that we could watch NCAAWB elite 8 ( as it was a huge game ) , we were told " all of the tv s needed to be on same channel " asked to speak with a manager to see about changing 1 for us (& was told his name was Jacob after asking the hostess) and was told " he is too busy and will come and see if he can in a while " .... didn't stay as we only came to go somewhe... read more
We lucked out on this trip to Red Robin. We got sat in my favorite booth, right across from the bar entrance way. Our server was working the bar as well so he was never far away and checked on us frequently. All in all, service was great as well as the food. I'll go back in a few weeks. �
Food was excellent. Waiter was really friendly, kept coming back to see if we neded anything. Great service.
Jesse, our server, was attentive, but NOT bothersome (like most waiters can be)...filled drinks without being asked and checked in on us intermittently in a reasonable manner. Also, my whiskey burger and fries were delicious!!!! I will be definitely coming back. It was my first time visiting after signing up on your email club for a birthday freebie. My friend comes on a more frequent basis and mentioned going to your establishment.
So, so...to be honest...server was great on our party...I ordered the smoke pepper burger...to be honest, it didn't look anything like the picture...most of us ordered our burgers medium...why bother asking for temp if I'm gonna get it well done...fries and that dipping sauce was awesome tho! So, good and bads...
