I made my order thinking the item was ordering a club sandwich but was really a club burger. They corrected it but what i wanted was labeled differntly on the menu. Red Robin is changing their menu a lot.
I think the gournament burgers are good because it has the smooth texture and the party seams so juicy���

Worst food I've ever had. The food was bland and the drinks were horrible. Fries were dry and gross.
Excellent service and it was extremely busy for school district night over an hour and a half wait.
This happens to be one of the places our family enjoys going to eat. We went today with our daughter and 4 grandchildren and were greatly disappointed. From the time we were seated, only being given 2 menus to share, then not even receiving our appetizer, to the point of David having to get up and request to speak to someone because our waiter hadn’t been to our table since dropping off our drinks and because our orders were wrong. Service great, food is good, and their drinks are amazing
I was disappointed in the service and management. We ordered an appetizer before our meal and the manager brought us our meal. When I asked about the appetizer he said “oh” and walked away. We never got an apology or an explanation. Trying to get our glasses refilled was a joke. The place wasn’t even full. Many empty tables. The burgers that use to be big now look like a Mc Donald’s burger. I would say skip the place and get a burger at Whataburger instead.
