Service has always been GREAT as is the food but today was weird. Tell me, Botomless. That means free refills, yes? I was charged TWICE for trying each tea. Luckily, the waitress was nice and took off the 2nd drink but FYI folks, according to the manager if you try a different botomless drink from your original they WILL charge you twice.

The hostess sat us in a section with no server, so while we waited for over 15 mins and then when we moved she gave us a dirty look. Then she sat another customer down in the same section that we were sitting and a server came within 5 mins. This was the worse experience we have ever had at this location.
Was not busy fries where cold and food took forever to come out this will be our last time we come to this location smdh �
The customer service and our waiter was OUT STANDING! The food was great and very delicious. I would highly recommend. Can’t beleive all the low ratings.. mmmmm
We just left the 5631 West Loop/1604 location! Good food. Great service. Our waiter was courteous, helpful, friendly and professional. You helped to make our granddaughter’s Sweet 16th special!!! Thanks Jeffrey! You’re the best!!
It was a great time with great food. The waitress was awesome and super friendly. Wish we had a Red Robin in El Paso, TX!!
