Don't get the mac n cheese burger. .. terrible! They toss the mac n cheese with what they call buzz sauce.. It was so gooey and slid off the burger. .. what a mess!
We don't go there any more. Kept telling them about their filthy conditions hoping it would change. After 3 strikes you're out! Even showed photos we had taken to the manager.
Big shout out to the manager Kathleen Berry thank you for making me feel so welcome in your restaurant !!! You are a class act !
Thanks for nothing, Red Robin. After sitting in the lobby for 52 minutes, and seeing a party the same size as ours that came in well after us be seated, we checked to see where we were in the queue. Surprise! "Someone" removed us from the list! No apology or offer to seat us immediately. Shameful, and I hope the manager gives the hostess that was working tonight between 6:00 and 6:52 a reminder on how to treat customers that are dissatisfied. Likely won't be back.
Our waiter Derek was great he made sure we were taken care of.
