Was absolutely the worst service EVER!!! Ordered appetizers took 20 minutes to get them as soon as the server set them on the table turned to walk away and the dinner was right there ALL COOKED WRONG AND CHICKEN WAS STILL FROZEN... No utensils either
I love the service at the bar!!! When I dine in with my family it is the worst!
Awful awful service. Our first visit and our last here. Our food was cold, the waitress dropped ranch on my sons shoes, she never came by to see if we needed refills. Which by the way yes we did! So not worth the $82 we spent there.
Took 20 mins for someone to finally tale my order.
Checking my Rewards balance I've discovered that none of my visits posted to my Loyal Rewards. I only have the receipt from my last 2 visits but I've been several times since the May 2014 visit they last credited me for. Not this locations fault BUT beware. Starting to think the Rewards program is a scam.
