Had a Great Server Jaws. Taking 5 kids to eat is never easy but Jaws kept our table full of fries 🍟 and there drinks 🍹 full we had a great time ❤️ Will be coming back soon 😋

Our waiter was not very good and my husband and I both got sick after we left there
So I'm not sure what was the best part of our meal, the fact our server was horrible, hanging with the frat boy table or getting more ice and cups for the bar, had to ask for refills on our drink and fries. Or the fact I asked the manger for sliver ware and napkins and never came with them and walked by us and never even acknowledged he forgot them. Had to flag down another server for all of the above! Thank you Red Robin Gourmet burgers for a wonderful date night on Saturday! �
YOU NEED WIFI FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! YOU WANT YOUR CUSTOMERS TO HANG AROUND AND ORDER MORE FOOD AND DRINKS.
I was rather surprised. In the past the restaurant and the service had just been average Last evening we found the service to be exceptional and even though there was a delay or a back up in the kitchen, they had brought out some french fries and other items to hold us over until the food came. Dinner was very good and the manager came by several times to check on us. The quality of service will bring us back sooner then we would in the past
